You are the Guerlain Ambassador. You are to achieve set sales targets while promoting the brand image and providing the highest standard of service to customers. As a member of the Guerlain team, she/he represents the brand values towards the customers and peers at all times.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales and Customer Service
• To achieve personal sales target, sales per transaction and units per transaction set by the Brand/Retail Manager.
• To consciously maximize sales by link and cross selling.
• Maintain and establish good customer relations with a sincere greeting to your Client promptly and politely at all times. “Welcome to Guerlain”
• Provide accurate skin Consultation to every Client.
• Demonstrate products based on Dare to Be technics and Client’s needs.
• Propose and provide custom-fit Service and Consultation as per Dare to Be guidelines.
Education
• Attend every education session for product novelty and retail excellence knowledge to help translate into sales and services.
• To share the knowledge with fellow team members if they are not able attend.
Merchandising / Housekeeping
• To ensure BCs check and carry out all duties listed on counter checklist before store opening.
• To ensure counter reflects at all times the current merchandising guidelines
• Maintain highest hygiene standards at all times by cleaning counters, testers and displays regularly.
• Ensure availability of testers, printed materials and counter supplies at all times - giving feedback to retail team promptly.
Personal Grooming
• To be in institutional uniform in accordance to guidelines.
• Always portraying the highest standards of Guerlain Image at all times.
• Only Guerlain’s products are allowed to be used during working hours.
Teamwork
• To undertake specific and complete tasks as given by the Counter/Retail/Sales Manager.
• To work closely with Retail Manager and/ or Sales Manager if the counter does not have a Counter Manager.
• To communicate and support all team members to achieve set objectives
