This role is reporting to the Sales Support Team Lead. It is a full-time role, with a hybrid work arrangement (on as per need basis).
Operational :
- Process deals created by the sales team and process user purchases
- Perform verfications on deals (requirements and payment provided)
- Manage commercial account manager concerns
- Coordinate with relevant departments for requests provided by the sales team (bugs, trade materials, SKU requests)
- Accountable for operational commercial projects/tests required by the commercial verticals
- Manage sales CRM tools (Salesforce)
- Monitor and remind clients with recurring payments and help collect if necessary
- Perform outbound calls to ensure customer success
- Check market standing via liquidity test
- Support Philippine market
