Leads the operational change requirement and management in the feed manufacturing process.
Designs and develops digital programs and initiatives that drive productivity and cost savings.
Takes the lead in the implementation of process improvements involving ERP-SAP, Data Analytics & Report Systems, Data Management, Digital Inventory Management, Project Management and other emerging technologies that gears towards Industry 4.0.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
SAP - ERP
Acts as the lead person in the implementation of SAP related system improvements in the production department
Trains production personnel in the operation and realization of SAP system revision and enhancement.
Provides assistance in any SAP related concerns in the production department.
Works with other department’s SMEs for any SAP related concerns.
Process Improvements
Coordinates with relevant stakeholders in the implementation of the digital process improvement projects in the production department.
Responsible for ensuring that all automation projects are well documented and undergo Risk Mitigation analysis.
Works closely with the PMO incharge.
Conducts training and / or info drive to all production personnel and other stakeholders to improve awareness in relation to digital improvement projects.
Keeps track the cost benefits of the implemented improvement projects in the production department.
Project Management
Ensure that all projects are planned, executed and closed out in accordance with the PILMICO Project Management Office (PPMO) guidelines and processes.
Collaborate with process owners to establish project objectives, scope, schedule, and budget.
Present to management and ensure that goals, timelines, resources, and other information are well relayed and communicated.
Ensure that project objectives, scope, timeline, and budget are attained.
Timely updates to stakeholders for project status reports; completion of tasks, assessed risk, encountered issues and proposed workarounds.
Innovation
Drive innovation engagement in the plants/facilities along with the relevant team members.
Generate and analyze innovation performance.
Recommend actions for improvement as necessary.
Other Tasks:
Actively participate in all company programs and activities under quality improvement, safety & security, sustainability, corporate social responsibility, risk management, etc.
Acts as backup shift production supervisor if needed.
Performs other tasks as may be assigned by the immediate superior.
