Responsibilities:
- Business UAT preparation, user stories, test cases, personas.
- Level 1 UAT support
- Training development with training project team and running, support with issues during training
- Discovery project team member- system knowledge and connection from technical perspective required.
- Design project member. Completion of workbooks with SME oversight, workflow configuration and mapping, updating of requirements to meet P1 build.
- Build system build knowledge in preparation for business go-live.
- Data preparation and configuration to provide to data specialist for Data loads.
- In charge of system outages, level 1 support for day to day system failures- both from end user and system administrator perspectives: workflow failures, error outs during payroll processing, inability for end user submissions, blocked users, updates to system upon user exits, updates to onboarding, crossboarding and offboarding letters, contracts, documentation.
- Checking, re-routing, re-establishing workflows in line with business updates
- Basic knowledge of integration suite for failure response.
- System administration for business changes i.e. department additions, Cost centre administrator etc.
