TSA Group is seeking a skilled Leadership Coaching Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be pivotal in developing and refining the leadership capabilities of our AU managers in Assurance through targeted coaching. You will work directly with individuals to enhance their leadership skills, drive personal and professional growth, and help them achieve their career goals while aligning with TSA Group’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Individual Coaching:
- Provide personalized coaching sessions to managers and executives, focusing on enhancing their leadership skills, performance, and career development.
- Develop individualized coaching plans based on assessments and feedback to address specific leadership challenges and goals.
- Utilize various coaching methodologies and tools to facilitate growth and improvement.
- Leadership Assessment:
- Conduct assessments (e.g., 360-degree feedback, personality assessments) to identify strengths, development areas, and leadership potential.
- Analyze assessment results to tailor coaching strategies and track progress over time.
- Development Planning:
- Collaborate with coachees to set actionable goals and create development plans that align with both personal aspirations and organizational objectives.
- Monitor progress towards goals and adjust coaching strategies as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
- Training and Workshops:
- Design and deliver workshops and seminars focused on leadership skills, including effective communication, conflict resolution, and strategic thinking.
- Integrate coaching insights and best practices into training content to ensure practical, real-world applicability.
- Program Evaluation:
- Assess the effectiveness of coaching programs and interventions through feedback, performance metrics, and follow-up evaluations.
- Use data and insights to refine coaching techniques and improve overall program impact.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with senior leaders, HR, and other stakeholders to understand organizational needs and ensure coaching aligns with broader business strategies.
- Provide regular updates on coaching outcomes and progress to key stakeholders.
