- Assist the Rider Compliance Team in identifying non-compliance issues of the riders and make sure that they are following the daily delivery processes.
- Create analyses on rider behavior directly affecting their compliance to the delivery processes and protocols.
- Help design, pilot, and evaluate new SOPs that will improve the current Rider Compliance system.
