Our team works at the intersection of analytics and marketing to come up with new ways to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of our user incentives!
We are looking for a Growth Analyst to join our growing business!
Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end strategies for the efficient use of our incentives budget through the proper mix of targeting, timing, and communication
- Design and launch regular projects and experiments to optimize different points of the customer lifecycle such as acquisition, engagement, retention, and profitability
- Manage the team’s growth operations by overseeing the internal processes of the team, ensuring accurate and high-quality execution
- Build tools to automate and speed up existing project management processes
- Build relationships and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure that campaigns are executed well and on-time
- Support regular business reviews by preparing in-depth analysis, tactics, and plans to stay on track with business targets
- Closely support the demand planning and forecasting process of the entire business
Requirements
- Background in a quantitative field such as finance, economics, computer science, and statistics
- Business acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
- Exceptional strategic and analytical thinking skills
- Ability to clearly communicate insights and recommendations
- Knowledge of various analytical tools: spreadsheets at a minimum, coding languages like SQL/Python are a plus
