Job Descriptions

1) Reporting 

• Report to Estimator Team Leader.
• Prepare and maintain accurate tender project report & daily task.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and other related documents as required.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all tender project document is properly recorded, filed, and easily accessible.
• Maintain organized filing systems for documents and ensure compliance with record retention policies and regulations.

2) Development and improvement

• Contribute ideas and suggestions for enhancing efficiency or productivity in quotation preparation process. 

3) Operation 

• Generate LV quotation and prepare costing accurately and on time.
• Manage time for multiple tender projects. 
• Seeking quotations and conducting price comparisons as required.
• Study and clarify tender specification.
• Prepare related tender documents such as Schedule of Technical Data, Schedule of Unit Rate, BOQ, etc.
• Update pricing in Powerwell inventory system.
• Coordinate with internal department team for tender-related clarification. 

4) Learning 

• Propose/Attend learning competence which help in work. 
• Other duties and task given by Management from time to time.

5 )Administrative Tasks

• Perform general administrative duties, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing estimation-related documents.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Business related computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical single line diagram.
• Moderate written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional time management skills.
• Fresh Graduate welcome to apply.
• Experience estimator in same industry will under priority consideration
