Wrist Shared Service Center is looking for a Vendor Onboarding Specialist who will be responsible for ensuring proper onboarding of prioritized suppliers to our PDX (Product Data Exchange) system. You will integrate suppliers master data with Wrist master data. As a Vendor Onboarding Specialist, you will schedule and conduct virtual introduction presentations via MS Teams, system training and support. The position will give you the excitement of interacting with our suppliers across the world.
What you'll be doing:
- Schedule and conduct virtual Onboarding presentations/System Training/support to Wrist Global Suppliers
- Follow up on the guidelines shared with our suppliers and ensure our supplier are getting a proper onboarding and become capable to deliver data through the PDX portal.
- You will be in contact with stakeholders – both internal as well as external, around the world
- Act as a point of contact for suppliers in relation to PDX enquiries and associated processes
- Conduct data input monitoring, ensuring the data is being submitted correctly and meet our minimum data requirements
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree graduate preferably in supply chain management
- At least 2-3 years of similar experience
- Ability to work structured and plan several days ahead
- Service oriented in nature and collaborative in style.
- Knowledge about Excel and Teams and other Microsoft office program
- Knowledge about data collection/master data digital platform is an advantage
- Ability to work with high level of accuracy in a data-rich environment as well as build structure in data processing.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English as that is our corporate language
- Ability to keep good overview of multiple tasks at the time
- Pro-active and motivated to independently reach out to our supplier-base through calls and emails
