Job Responsibilities
- Perform quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipping (including FAI inspection).
- Identify Quality Issues and recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control.
- Maintain Documentation and Reports.
- Able to provide technical guidance and assistance to team mates.
- Able to liaise with customers on product acceptance tests, investigate complaints, and initiate corrective actions.
- Able to provide timely and accurate QA status to QA Lead / QA Manager.
- Undertake other role & responsibilities that are assigned by the company and immediate superior from time to time until full closure.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with quality testing equipment and systems.
- Ability to use CMM machine is an advantage.
- Proficient in software (Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Solid Works)
