Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Content: Develop and produce engaging video content for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Xiao Hong Shu. Infuse your creativity into every project.
- Storytelling: Write and edit scripts, captions, and content elements. Create live streams and interactive content that captivate our audience.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing and design teams to integrate social media content into broader campaigns. Contribute fresh, innovative ideas during content ideation sessions.
- Production: Plan and execute video shoots, including setting up equipment and directing on-camera talent. Capture stunning video and audio footage.
- Event Coverage: Travel to events for on-site content creation, including filming and live streaming. Ensure high-quality coverage and engaging storytelling.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools. Prepare reports on effectiveness and ROI to continually refine content strategies.
Job Requirements:
- New Graduates Welcome: Recent grads who are familiar with the latest trends and social media platforms like TikTok and Xiao Hong Shu are encouraged to apply.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- On-Camera Confidence: Comfortable and charismatic when on camera.
- Creative Enthusiast: Energetic, funny, and imaginative individuals who love engaging with social media.
