What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Tertiary qualifications in computer science or related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years in an SAP application development/support role.
- SAP ERP
- SAP ABAP
- SAP CRM
- SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud
Nice to Have:
- SAP BTP exposure is a plus
- Experience in a Retail/Marketing environment is highly regarded.
- Industry certifications highly regarded, including Agile or ITIL.
What will you do?
The SAP Development Team Leader is responsible for delivering functional IT application enhancements and support within the SAP sub-group of the IT Enterprise Solutions team. This role involves providing technical design, development, and support for backend SAP functions that support the organization's business.
- Team Lead for the team responsible for configuration and functional support of Officeworks IT Applications including the following systems: SAP ERP, SAP CRM, and SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud in the future.
- Handle performance management cycle for direct reports.
- Assist direct reports with achievement of their development goals as far as is reasonable and practical.
- Ensure that the team resources are allocated appropriately to special initiatives and projects, as and when required.
- Ensure a continued focus on resolution of incidents and problems in line with IT SLAs.
- Participate as functioning member of the Development team.
