As a Clinical Research Patient Recruiter, you embody our company's mission, guiding individuals considering participation in clinical trials. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that potential participants are well-informed, comfortable, and ready to contribute to advancements in medical science. Duties & Responsibilities
- Engage directly with potential candidates to communicate the value and importance of clinical trials.
- Conduct initial screening to assess candidate eligibility based on specific trial criteria.
- Address inquiries and reassure candidates, many of whom may be new to the clinical trial process.
- Schedule and coordinate screening appointments, ensuring a seamless transition into the trial phase.
- Maintain meticulous records of interactions and consent, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in data handling.
- Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences, Healthcare Management, or related fields; BSN/RN or equivalent clinical experience preferred.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and a background in healthcare (e.g., RN, Pharmacy Technician).
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in both oral and written forms.
- Understanding of GCP regulatory requirements, with GCP Certification highly favored.
- Experience in healthcare recruiting or inside sales is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain high levels of organization.
- Customer service or patient engagement experience is essential.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
