As a Clinical Research Patient Recruiter, you embody our company's mission, guiding individuals considering participation in clinical trials. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that potential participants are well-informed, comfortable, and ready to contribute to advancements in medical science. This position will be immensely fulfilling if you're passionate about healthcare and thrive in roles that mix communication with compassion. 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with potential candidates to communicate the value and importance of clinical trials. 
  • Conduct initial screening to assess candidate eligibility based on specific trial criteria. 
  • Address inquiries and reassure candidates, many of whom may be new to the clinical trial process. 
  • Schedule and coordinate screening appointments, ensuring a seamless transition into the trial phase. 
  • Maintain meticulous records of interactions and consent, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in data handling. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences, Healthcare Management, or related fields; BSN/RN or equivalent clinical experience preferred. 
  • Proficiency in medical terminology and a background in healthcare (e.g., RN, Pharmacy Technician). 
  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in both oral and written forms. 
  • Understanding of GCP regulatory requirements, with GCP Certification highly favored. 
  • Experience in healthcare recruiting or inside sales is a plus. 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain high levels of organization. 
  • Customer service or patient engagement experience is essential. 
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel. 
  • Government-mandated contributions: SSS, Philhealth, PagIBIG
  • 13th month pay: computation is based on the basic salary of the employee
  • Attendance Incentive: bi-monthly incentive for employees with perfect attendance
  • Perks and/or Allowances: Deminimis (non-taxable), benefits of relatively small value intended for the general welfare of employees (Power and Internet Allowance, Meal Allowance, Rice Allowance, Clothing Allowance, Laundry Allowance, and/or Medical Cash Allowance)
  • Paid Leaves: 6 VL to take time off, 6 SL (recuperation), 3 EL (emergency situations), statutory leaves (maternity, solo parent, maternity, etc)
  • Leave Conversion: maximum of 10 unused leave credits may be converted into cash
  • Special Leave Privileges: birthday occasions, client-initiated leaves
  • Healthcare Benefit with one (1) dependent
  • Funeral Assistance: Php 5,000
  • Service Award Incentive: rewards and recognition for employees who will successfully reach 1, 3, 5, 7, or 10 years with the company
