The HR intern is expected to do the following:
- Maintain and monitor OJT DTRs of current OJTs
- Updates OJT Directory file on a timely basis
- Receives & files new hire's pre-employment requirements
- Receives & files OJT requirements
- Checks inventory of supplies (PPEs, new hire kits, lanyard, bond paper, folders, etc.)
- Prepares NDAs to be notarized and endorse for errands
- Prepares IDs of new hires & OJTs
- Leads in the activation of call tree among OJTs (when needed)
- Monitors e-learning compliance checklist
- Updates HR cabinets location (201, supplies, etc.)
- Scans, photocopies, and shreds files as requested
- Maintains integrity and confidentiality at all times
- Participates in generic company activities (TGIM, Pahina, CSR, etc.)
- Provides assistance during company events, trainings, or seminars
- Provides assistance to HR as may be required
