About the job:
Role: Executive Assistant in Operations & Project Management
Work schedule: Full Time | 40 hours per week | UK Timezone
Salary Range: up to 1,500 USD per month
(Dependent on your skills and experience)

About the Role:

As an Executive Assistant in Operations & Project Management, you will play a key role in streamlining processes, managing operational tasks, and coordinating projects. You will provide essential support to the executive team, handling scheduling, email management, travel arrangements, and communications.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Operations Support: Streamline processes to ensure efficient workflow and manage daily operational tasks.
  • Project Management: Coordinate projects, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Executive Support: Manage schedules, emails, travel arrangements, and provide communication support to executives.

Immediate Week 1 Tasks:

  • Get familiar with existing operational procedures and project management tools.
  • Begin managing executive schedules and emails.
  • Start coordinating ongoing projects and tracking their progress.
  • Set up initial meetings with key team members to understand project requirements.
  • Strong and proven background in operations and project management.
  • Proficiency with project management, CRM and collaboration tools such as Google Workspace or Office 365
    • HubSpot or Salesforce or similar, ClickUp, Slack, Zoom
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.
