About the job:
Role: Executive Assistant in Marketing & Sales
Work schedule: Full Time | 40 hours per week | UK Timezone
Salary Range: up to 1,500 USD per month
(Dependent on your skills and experience)

About the Role:

As the Executive Assistant in Marketing & Sales, you will play a crucial role in supporting both the marketing and sales teams, ensuring that our communication with customers is effective, timely, and aligned with our brand values. You will also assist with administrative tasks that are essential for maintaining smooth operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Customer Support:
    • Respond to customer inquiries via email, providing accurate and helpful information.
    • Develop a deep understanding of our products and effectively communicate their key benefits to potential customers.
    • Assist guests with researching flight times that align with transfer schedules.
    • Answer questions about amenities at hotels and other general inquiries.
    • Write and update FAQs for our website to assist customers with common questions.
  • Marketing and Copywriting:
    • Create engaging and persuasive content, including blogs, social media posts, and email campaigns.
    • Develop follow-up email campaigns for expired bookings to re-engage customers.
    • Write compelling product descriptions and promotional materials.
    • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all written communications.
    • Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies.
      • Content management, copywriting, and website updates.
      • Support sales initiatives and campaigns, including CRM management and lead generation.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Support the Bookings Manager by helping to upload products onto our booking system.
    • Research flights for future products and other travel-related information.
    • Perform various administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
  • Inbox Management:
    • Manage the customer support inbox, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
    • Prioritize emails and escalate more complex inquiries to the Bookings Manager or relevant team members.
    • Maintain organized records of customer interactions.
  • Product Knowledge:
    • Quickly learn about our products and understand how best to sell them.
    • Communicate effectively with customers, mirroring their tone and language to build rapport.
  • Strong and proven marketing and sales support experience.
  • Proficiency with content management systems, CRM tools, and copywriting.
    • Squarespace,, MailChimp, Canva, HubSpot or Salesforce or similar, ClickUp, Slack, Zoom
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing excellent support.
  • Keen copywriting skills to create engaging and persuasive content.
  • Proficiency in using email and online booking systems.
  • Great written English to communicate effectively with guests
