Salary: P400 to P465 (Per hour)
Schedule: Monday – Friday (20 hours a week)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role.
- Strong experience in Data Management.
- Proficiency in using CRM software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with social media management and advertising, particularly Google Ads.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with Retireflo.
- Familiarity with Done For You (DFY CRM)
What will you do?
- Digital Outreach:
- Execute digital outreach campaigns, ensuring timely and effective communication with potential clients and partners.
- CRM Management:
- Work within the CRM to send JotForms, follow up on their completion, and ensure data is accurately recorded.
- Make sure everything is encoded to CRM and able to manage Retireflo.
- Scope of Appointments:
- Send, track, and manage scope of appointments to ensure all necessary documentation is completed and returned.
- Spreadsheet Creation and Data Entry:
- Create and maintain spreadsheets for various data tracking purposes, ensuring accuracy and organization.
- Social Media Management:
- Post and manage content across social media platforms to maintain an active and engaging online presence.
- Advertising:
- Manage and optimize advertising campaigns on Google to drive traffic and engagement.
- Assistance with any additional ad hoc tasks assigned by managing member
