Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- 2+ years experience as a virtual assistant or administrative support role, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably AgencyZoom, or a similar platform.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Experience with outbound and inbound call management.
- Familiarity with creating and managing email and text automation campaigns.
What will you do?
- Inbound Call Handling:
- Answer inbound calls and gather necessary information for Home, Auto, or Life insurance quotes.
- Input gathered data into the AgencyZoom CRM system.
- Place completed data into a queue for licensed agents to quote and send information to customers.
- Outbound Call Management:
- Make outbound calls to all leads in the CRM, ensuring daily follow-up to provide information promptly.
- Maintain a proactive approach to contacting leads and gathering required details for quotations.
- CRM Management:
- Manage and update information within the CRM, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Oversee the automation of texting and email campaigns within the CRM system.
- Mailing List and Campaigns:
- Create targeted mailing lists based on specific locations.
- Prepare and coordinate the sending of mailers to selected areas.
- Data Input and Miscellaneous Tasks:
- Input leads from various sources into the CRM for follow-up and quotation by licensed agents.
- Manage administrative data input tasks such as payroll, HR, and other miscellaneous responsibilities.
- Customer Follow-up Campaigns:
- Develop and implement follow-up campaigns for existing and potential customers to maintain engagement and drive sales.
