Job Description:
・To handle full set of accounting, ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial report and other related schedules.
・To carry out financial and variance analysis, accounts / statements reconciliations, and resolve issues arising from these exercises.
・Ensure all related company's necessary invoices are correctly updated d) To prepare cheque / payment voucher
・Liaise and preparing data or report to auditors, bankers, tax agent and government authorities on needs basis.
・To assist in any other task as and when required by management
・Entry trade creditor invoice in SAP System.
・Understanding of QMS/EMS system at MME, and the importance of compling to QMS/EMS requirement.
・Liase with authorithy such as Royal Custom for license renewal that related to business
・Dealing with company headquarters at Singapore such as shipping and others others financial
Requirement:
・Preferably Diploma, Degree or any equivalent qualification in any related field
・Preferably 3-5 years experience in medium size company
・Computer Literate (Ms Office, Excel, Word)
