Job Description:
・Work under a project manager to support the manager
・Review drawings and issue RFIs if any problems are found with the drawings
・Prepare and submit work plans (MOS) for approval by consultants, customers, and general contractors.
・Pick up quantities from construction drawings and order materials according to site processes.
・Prepare site inspection forms.
・Oversee site work planning and progress and report to project manager.
・Prepare additional change documents with pricing
・Be able to control work quality and prepare reports
・Promptly correct any quality problems to the subcontractor
Requirement:
・Possess minimum 1 year of Tfas(CAD) and 3-4 years experience in CAD
・Not only design drawings but also construction drawings and installation drawings
