- Support to develops Key Projects by attaining turnover and Sika share targets in the Philippines.
- Ensure key project clients and international key customers are satisfied with the services provided, identifying new business opportunities for key clients
- Maintains customer rapport and build relationship with key project owners, consultants and keep watch for business expansion. Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.
- Collaborate with specs team to maintain and develop a network of direct contacts with Engineering Firms, Architects, consultants, main contractors (international and locals), Applicators thereby establishing a degree of TRUST for current and future Key Projects.
- Coordinate and maintain all KPMs, reporting in the different formats required.
- Coordinate with TM, sales, procurement and production to ensure availability of products for the projects and help to plan deliveries
- Prepare technical proposal for projects, presentations and ensure a proper technical message is passed to the client.
- Actively participates in all SPI projects regarding quality and the environment and fully supports and acts in accordance with the company policy.
- Ensures that the Quality and Environmental Management System is followed.
- Ensures that all operating standards are always adhered.
- Strictly complies with company policies, systems and procedures, work rules and regulations. Performs other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by its immediate superior.
