About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical HR Generalist with a minimum of 5 years of experience to contribute significantly to our HR function. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong foundation in HR processes, documentation, and data analysis. This role requires a deep understanding of HRIS systems, proficiency in Excel, and a strong connection with government agencies such as SSS and Pag-ibig.

Responsibilities:

  • HR Process and Documentation:
    • Develop, implement, and maintain efficient HR processes, policies, and procedures.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
    • Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
  • HRIS Management:
    • Manage and optimize the HRIS system, including data entry, updates, and reporting.
    • Design and implement workflows to streamline HR processes.
    • Extract and analyze HR data to generate reports and insights.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze HR data, identify trends, and generate meaningful reports.
    • Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
    • Develop and maintain HR metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Compensation and Benefits:
    • Conduct salary benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation packages.
    • Develop and implement innovative employee benefit programs.
    • Administer compensation and benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and communication.
  • Government Agency Relations:
    • Maintain strong relationships with SSS and Pag-ibig.
    • Ensure timely and accurate submission of employee contributions and reports.
    • Stay updated on government regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Other HR Functions:
    • Provide support to employees on various HR-related matters.
    • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
    • Participate in HR projects and initiatives
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR generalist role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting
  • Experience in HRIS systems and workflow setup
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Certifications in HR or related fields
