CER partners up with TA colleagues to deliver the best candidate experience and provides data insights to support talent acquisition partners with hiring
Responsibilities (how we will measure success)
- Ensures all KPIs are achieved at target (minimum commitment: Productivity, Consistent Excellence, Candidate Experience and Learning & Development and more)
- Executes own area of responsibility seeks guidance when needed.
- Contributes to overarching team initiatives and projects
- Understand feedback from NPS tool, be aware of current score & pain points, and able to discuss them with relevant TA colleagues
- Partake in stakeholder meetings.
