What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in outbound calling or at least upselling in a healthcare environment
- Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to empathize with our patients
- A good understanding of medical terminology, ranging from intermediate to advanced level
What will you do?
- Facilitate the coordination of the services to optimize the delivery of care by our doctors and nurses.
- Offer the necessary support to patients, enabling them to make better-informed decisions about their healthcare and providing them with an invaluable service.
- Collaborate with the management team to refine workflows and regularly provide feedback as you assess the processes.
- Contact patients within a team environment to ensure a smooth, efficient, and productive level of service for our patients.
