Job Description
Summary: Responsible for managing the delivery of HR services covering the entire employee lifecycle, onboarding & offboarding, compliance to internal and external policies, employee performance, employee experience and other related HR services
・ Leading and directing the human resources department in a company.
・ Leading and conducting hiring activities of all position including the arrangement of recruitment agency services
・ Must possess the ability to improve the current hiring process to enable the organization to recruit the right talent
・ Setting, reviewing job description and key performance targets of employee’s to suit organization's changes and requirement
・ Conducting performance evaluations.
・ Managing underperforming employees and strive to turn them around
・ Managing the required process for offboarding of underperforming employee’s
・ Disciplining employees and carrying out due process
・ Planning human resources strategy and goals with company directors.
・ Designing employee wellness and incentive programs.
・ Other task that are related to the HR function directly or indirectly
Requirements
・ Degree in business studies, human resources or equivalent.
・ Years of experience: 5-7 years experience in managing HR Operations in a manufacturing environment.
・ Minimum 2 years managerial role experience.
・ Must have implemented or managed HRMIS.
