Salary: P50,000 – P80,000 monthly package
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- At least 3+ years of applicable experience in a similar role
- Previous experience conducting ALTA Surveys
- Proficiency with AutoCAD
- Proficient in Excel and able to Integrate Excel with AutoCAD and/or GIS as needed
- Strong understanding of how to coordinate drawings between disciplines and ability to identify drawing conflicts between the disciplines
What will you do?
- Preparing ALTA/Boundary Surveys
- Preparing legal description calculations for field staff
- Understanding title commitment and exception documents
- Operating survey instruments and equipment for a variety of projects such as, topographic, ALTA, boundary, construction, etc.
- Completing projects in a timely, efficient and effective manner within deadlines and budgets
