- Complex incident & problem management, including root cause analysis of all Oracle and SQL Server related issues.
- Complex changes, configuration management, release management, & lifecycle management of Proactis’ global Oracle and SQL Server estate.
- Actively contributes to process improvements to the benefit of Proactis and its customers.
- Assists in the design, implementation and project handover phases for new and existing customers.
- Participates in a revolving out of hour’s on-call rota for the support of all Oracle and SQL Server incidents.
