JOB DESCRIPTION
• Assisting the Company Secretary in drafting and handling the submission of statutory forms via MyCoid and MBRS for MTDC Group of Companies.
• Assisting the Company Secretary in maintaining the statutory records for MTDC Group of Companies.
• Assisting the Company Secretary in ensuring timely completion of tasks and responsibilities assigned to the Unit
• To update the statutory records for the respective companies in the Group
• Preparing and drafting all statutory forms including Annual Return to be lodged under the CA 2016
• Drafting the minutes template, drafting CR and monitoring the circulation
• Arranging Board Meeting according to schedule planner, preparation of draft notice, compiling and distributing the Board paper for meetings
• Undertaking any other ad-hoc assignments as may be required by Company Secretary from time to time.
PREFERENCES:
- Education: Degree holder
- Studies: Degree in Corporate Administration/ Law or related degree/ ICSA certification/LS
- Working Experience: min 3 years in company secretarial practice/in-house
- Specific Skills/attributes: Strong in communication and minute writing skills. Attentive to details, well-organised, positive and ability to work independently. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel
