About the Role:
As our Facebook and Google Ads Expert, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Google to drive patient acquisition and engagement. Your primary focus will be on crafting compelling ads, leveraging data analytics to optimize performance, and staying updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, particularly within the telehealth industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive Facebook and Google Ads campaigns tailored to our telehealth services.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences and understand their behaviors and preferences.
- Create engaging and high-converting ad copy, graphics, and video content that aligns with our brand voice and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using platforms like Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
- Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, using A/B testing, audience segmentation, and other best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, algorithm changes, and telehealth marketing strategies to ensure campaigns are innovative and effective.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to align ad strategies with broader marketing goals and initiatives.
- Has at least 3 -5 years or more proven experience managing Facebook and Google Ads campaigns, particularly in the telehealth or healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, including PPC, SEM, SEO, and social media marketing.
- Proficiency in using Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant tools for campaign management and analysis.
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills, with the ability to produce compelling and persuasive ad creatives.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for staying current with industry trends and advancements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with telehealth platforms or healthcare services.
- Certification in Google Ads and/or Facebook Blueprint.
- Knowledge of compliance and regulations in healthcare marketing.
