Position: Project Manager with Agile and Software Development Expertise
Working Hours: Full-Time Mon - Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm EST
Holidays: US Regular Holidays; PTO can be requested on a need basis
Salary: $900 - 3500 (depending on experience and client’s final offer)
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a deep understanding of the entire software development lifecycle and a strong background in Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will have the capability to implement Agile practices effectively and possess a certification such as Scrum Master (preferred). The Project Manager will be responsible for managing software projects, ensuring that Agile methodologies are followed, and utilizing tools like Trello or Jira to track project progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.
- Implement and manage Agile methodologies, particularly SCRUM, within development teams.
- Utilize project management tools such as Jira or Trello to track and monitor project progress.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to development teams, ensuring adherence to Agile practices.
- Has at least 4-5 years of relevant experience performing the same role as a Project Manager
- Has extensive experience in software development projects, specifically with PHP, Laravel, Vue.js, and MySQL databases.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Agile methodologies, with a focus on SCRUM.
- Proficiency in using project management tools such as Jira or Trello.
- Experience in integrating third-party services, including payment systems and other APIs.
- Scrum Master certification or equivalent is a plus.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with PHP, Laravel, Vue.js, and MySQL databases.
- Proven ability to integrate third-party services and APIs.
