Brand Lead Responsibilities:
Design
- Create mood boards or style guides to present to the client when needed
- Analyze brand guidelines and assets provided by the client
- Be ready to take on last minute revisions when needed
- Can help check assets made by the fellow designers and make sure it is up to both client and company standards
Communication
- Keep the design team up-to-date on any client related topics (feedback, files, projects, brand guides, style guides, performance, etc)
- Being able to join client calls when needed
- Being able to brainstorm with both marketing and design team on trending design trends
- Track assigned brand/s' tasks, design hours consumed per month
Training
- Can mentor junior designers on any design related tasks when needed
