Apt Resources is seeking a talented and passionate Architect/Interior Designer Graduate to join our consultancy team. As an Architect/Interior Designer Graduate, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects and contribute to the design and development of innovative spaces. Apart from that you would be involved in developing Human Resources related activities to facilitate the growth and placement of suitable candidates in this field.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of conceptual designs and design presentations
- Conduct site visits and support with project coordination and management
- Assist with materials sourcing, sample collection, and research
- Contribute to the creation of mood boards and design concepts
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices
- Adhere to project timelines and meet deadlines
- Communicate and coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
- Knowledge of design principles, concepts, and techniques
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit
- Strong creativity and design thinking
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Flexibility and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
- Flexible to apply skills and knowledge related to this industry into other business applications
