About the Role:
The Digital Marketing Manager will drive the company’s online growth by leading the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies. This role requires a dynamic professional with a strong understanding of digital marketing tools and trends, able to create engaging content, manage multi-channel campaigns, and optimize performance to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative leader, working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistency in messaging and effectiveness in driving results.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Create compelling copy for various marketing materials including website content, blog posts, social media posts, email campaigns, and advertisements.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional materials and campaigns that support lead generation and conversion efforts.
- Oversee the management of the company's social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Ensure brand consistency in the design and production of marketing collateral.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed for campaign execution.
Immediate tasks anticipated for the candidate to fully own on week 1:
- Familiarization with current marketing strategies and existing campaigns.
- Review and optimize ongoing Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram campaigns.
- Update and enhance website content as needed to align with current business objectives.
- Conduct a competitive analysis to identify market opportunities.
- Attend onboarding meetings with key team members, including the sales and customer service teams.
- Take full ownership of managing social media accounts and scheduling content for the upcoming weeks.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketer, successfully managing and executing campaigns across various platforms.
- Experience with tools such as WordPress, HubSpot (CRM and email campaigns), and Slack for internal communication and collaboration.
- Expertise in Google Ads and Facebook Ads management, with a focus on optimizing performance for maximum ROI.
- Proficiency in design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for creating visually appealing marketing materials.
- Strong copywriting skills and knowledge of SEO best practices to create compelling, optimized content.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt strategies based on data and insights.
