- Provide excellent onboarding training & activation to the newly signed-up foodpanda partners
- Conduct test orders and other troubleshooting processes to ensure that the onboarding is effective
- Work closely and proactively with the Sales, Account Management, Supply, and Content teams to make sure that all tasks and requirements are both accurate and conducted in a timely way
- Coordinate with the Vendor Support Team in line with the gadget inventory management.
- Prepare decks, announcements, informational videos, and other vendor-related materials
- Support in spotting and improving gaps/weaknesses in current commercial processes to drive efficiencies
- You will help analyze and identify gaps in vendor operations processes, assist the activation team with assessing and troubleshooting vendor operations issues and concerns
- You will communicate with foodpanda vendors to investigate and resolve any problems that are hindering their day-to-day operations
- You will also be involved in the rollout of vendor content enrichment and optimization initiatives with our partner vendors
