- Client farming activities: cold calling, saturation exercises and seeks other legal means to generate and build relationships with clients.
- Work with our Market Analyst group on submissions for clients. These will include but is not limited to project briefs, case studies, technical and financial due diligence analyses and reports.
- Prepare and conduct pitches / presentations
- Coordinating and conducting site inspection for clients
- Work on documentation related to transaction management, building options list, request for proposal, letters of intent, etc.
- Negotiate terms and contracts on behalf of clients
- Coach, mentor and manage a team of brokers
- Work with our Client Engagement Coordinator on providing clients’ post-sales support
- Help mount and attend various client engagement activities
