The Claims Division is seeking an Indexing Assistant to join the Claims Operations Team. Under general supervision, the Indexing Assistant provides administrative support to one or more individuals in the Claims Department.
- Identify, classify and triage incoming documents/mail to the appropriate owner (could be a TPA, a different department within Arch, Arch claims etc…)
- Process document/mail and index to appropriate Arch claims files in the system; ImageRight system / FlexiCapture Verification which includes:
- Surety indexing
- Canada indexing
- Dropfile
