In that case, we want you to join our team as Instructional Designer / Content Writer.
Based in our Cebu operations hub, you will help ensure successful development of engaging training courses, user guides and other relevant content.
You will be expected to:
- Based on existing material, independently develop Transversal skills training content to be delivered live or via our eLearning platform
- Answer the training-related queries we receive on a daily basis via a ticket platform
- Work with the team to manage our eLearning platform (user creation, groups & course assignments)
- Create user guides, service introductions, tutorials, canned responses for our teams and clients
- Collaborate with our internal technical experts to design, create and update our training materials
- Coordinate and support the staff engagement initiatives locally & globally
- Explore new innovative training tools and new training methods with high tech
