We are looking for a proactive individual who would be excited to have the opportunity of growing with us, by joining our Compliance team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for onboarding checks of all new international and corporate clients of Client.
- Ensure that all appropriate information related to each application is filled and up to date.
- Conduct CDD/ KYC and AML checks on all customers in accordance with local regulatory requirements and the Company standards and procedures.
- Liaise with our HK based onboarding team daily either through Slack or email.
- Analyse situations to identify potential AML issues or red flags, gaps and risks in KYC information and documentation at the onboarding gateway.
- Liaise with client to remediate deficiencies in KYC information and documentation for a timely and smooth onboarding process.
Skills & Qualifications:
- At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in customer services, client onboarding, or KYC/CDD fields, preferably in the field of banking or finance.
- Must have a very keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with how corporate structures of international companies work is an advantage.
- Fluency in written and spoken English; fluency in an Asian language is an advantage.
- Personable, approachable, positive and ability to work in a high pressure environment with a diverse mix of staff.
Work Flexibility:
Onsite for 1 month training, work from home after training
Work Schedule:
Day shift (9:00am to 6:00pm PH time)
