What you will be doing:

  • Desktop Support:

  • Computer reimaging using MDT and AutoPilot technology.
  • Use of a ticketing system (ex. ServiceNow.)
  • Setup of different hardware and software for office use.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware (computers, printers, phones, video conference, peripheral devices), software (OS, applications, websites, VDI), and network issues (LAN, WiFi, VPN) of end-users.
  • Ability to provide quality support remotely to employees working from home.
  • Participates in calls to resolve outages experienced by different Business unit (BU) supported.
  • Collaborate with different Technology team (Network, Voice, Systems, Messaging, Service Desk, Server, etc.) of the company in resolving an issue or completing a request.
  • Involved in different project such as setup of workstations for new Processes/BU, testing of new applications, roll-out of software, audit preparation and the like.
  • Remediation of identified system vulnerabilities.
  • Navigate and effectively use Vmware, Active Directory, and Microsoft Azure.
  • Implement the different processes of the Technology team.
  • Participate in PEZA/Finance/Internal/External audits.

  • Asset Management:

  • Maintain accuracy of Asset inventory.
  • Releasing of assets as well as receiving of returned assets.
  • Effective use of an Asset Tracking system.
  • Report to vendors for resolution of assets under warranty.
  • Facilitate regular disposal of defective assets as well as those 5 years and older.
  • Collaborate with various local vendors.

  • Back Office

  • Effective use of Office 365 and other automation system.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Records management.
  • Compliance to company and government regulations.

What you will bring:

  • Nice to have skills/tools/experience: ITIL and/or Microsoft Certifications

  • Must be amenable to work full onsite. Office location is at Ecoplaza Building, Magallanes, Makati City (located near Magallanes MRT Station, EDSA)

  • Must be amenable to be on any shift; on a 24/7 support. With possible on call but case-to-case basis, usually in cases of outages

  • Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction for internal and external customers

  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, team and time management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributors

  • Willingly shares relevant technical and/or industry knowledge and expertise to other resources

  • Ability to persuade and influence others on the best approach to take

  • Ability to multi-task, deal with predefined deadlines

  • Flexibility, versatility, dependability, positive outlook, strong work ethic

  • Resourceful and proactive in gathering information and sharing ideas

  • Ability to analyze all system processing delays, failures and errors to determine the appropriate action necessary for resolution

  • Ability to use troubleshooting applications and tools for first and second level issues

  • Ability to use and reference system related documentation
