Key Accountabilities:
• To process monthly payroll operations by preparing the recon, journal and headcount reports.
• To provide payroll information by answering questions and requests to agencies.
• To liaise with payroll vendor and auditor for any queries and issues
• To liaise with government bodies requirement such as EPF, SOCSO, IRB, HRDF, CPF, IRAS Singapore and ensuring compliance to statutory rules and regulation and its contribution timely remitted.
• To maintain employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
• To assist in preparing master file for HFM reporting, utilisation report, leave provision report and report to GL team
• To assist in travelling arrangements - AMEX
• To assist in submitting claims i.e. SOCSO etc.
• To assist in maintaining and updating Re:Sources MY and SG and agenciesweb-leave system
• To compile ERP User Group Access report for all country in quarterly basis
• To perform task as assigned
