Reporting Line:
Reports to the Health & Safety/Operational Compliance and Excellence (H&S/OCE) Manager.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assists the H&S/OCE Manager in the maintenance and continual improvement of the organization’s national quality, health, safety, environmental and energy (QHSEE) management systems, such as but not limited to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, 50001, ISO 45001, ISO 17025, ISO 17020.
- Conducts internal audit and training relevant to the management systems, such as but not limited to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, 50001, ISO 45001, ISO 17025, ISO 17020, Corporate Governance, Operational Integrity, and SAT Audit.
- Assists in the achievement of the division’s objectives and targets aligned with the corporate directives by providing support and active participation in the different Corporate Social Responsibility activities and other activities led by the OMD.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Assists the H&S team in establishing, maintaining, and improving the required Management Systems and other IMS projects that would benefit society and the environment while boosting the SGS brand and reputation.
- Undertakes Internal Audit activities, Corporate Governance, SAT, Supplier Audits, and other audit activities as a team leader or team member according to the internal audit programme.
- Oversees QHSEE meetings and other meetings related to the management systems.
- Collaborates with QHSEE Coordinators from the different business and function lines in implementing the Management Systems in their respective divisions.
- Acts as the Document Controller of the team and maintains the integrity of all documented information saved in the IMS SharePoint site.
- Assists during external audits and other certifications and accreditations deemed necessary by SGS Philippines.
- Reports all Management Systems related audits and incidents using the Crystal Non-Conformity Report module and monitors timely closure through creation of NCR Analytics Report and following up with concerned teams
