Functional area: Business Enablement
Summary: The Finance SME is responsible for overseeing staffing, finance, logistics, and budget coordination to ensure smooth operations and support the advancement of AI and ML initiatives within the
bank.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the staffing process including recruitment and onboarding.
- Oversee financial activities such as budget planning, monitoring expenditures, and financial reporting.
- Coordinate logistics for events, workshops, and training sessions conducted by the center.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to optimize operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address staffing and resource needs.
- Serve as a liaison between the center and other departments within the bank for administrative matters.
- Provide support for special projects and initiatives as required by the center leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR and/or finance roles, preferably within a technology or banking environment.
- Strong understanding of HR and finance principles and practices.
- Familiarity with AI and ML concepts and their applications in banking is desirable.
- HR management software (eg Oracle HCM Cloud, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc..)
- Financial management software – (eg. Ms Dynamics 365 Finance, Xero, QuickBooks, etc…)
- Microsoft Office Suite – PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook
- Communication tools; e.g. Zoom, Ms Teams
