The Graphic Designer will be focused on designing graphics for customers. Qualified candidates will have experience in the IT industry, have extensive knowledge of graphic design best practices, and be comfortable adopting brand standards. Your role will require the ability to rapidly iterate upon designs in accordance with Skillibrium and customer requirements.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project managers, instructional designers, and clients to understand their branding, design needs, and go-to-market goals
- Design custom graphics, presentations, documents, and other visual assets that align with clients' brand guidelines and project objectives
- Develop sales, marketing, and product-focused materials that effectively communicate key messages and value propositions
- Ensure consistency in design across all client deliverables, maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail
- Work closely with internal and external teams, including marketing, sales, and product teams, to ensure that design work supports broader business objectives
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and client expectations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices, particularly in the IT sector
- Provide creative input and suggest design improvements to enhance the effectiveness of client materials
- Maintain organized files and documentation for all design projects, ensuring easy access and reference
- Design mockups and prototypes that align with technical and brand standards and effectively communicate design ideas
- Identify design problems and pain points in order to devise elegant solutions
- Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate designs
- Ensure consistency in designs, branding and content across all deliverables
- Provide deliverables in a fast-paced environment with an ability to rapidly iterate
- Native or Fluent English speaker
- 5 years experience in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing work in the IT industry.

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will be considered
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and presentation tools like PowerPoint or Google Slides
- Strong understanding of branding principles and experience working within established brand guidelines
- Ability to create visually compelling designs that communicate complex information clearly and effectively
- Excellent attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with clients and internal teams
- Familiarity with the IT industry’s design trends, terminologies, and visual standards
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles is advantageous.

- A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research
- Mastery of design tools and process
- 2+ years experience with Figma
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design
- Understanding of UI/UX in web and mobile applications and their best practices
- Understanding of the concept of design system/theme and knowing how to leverage them to accelerate UI development
- Experienced in following agile methodologies
Ideally having:
- Experience with AI-driven design tools like Adobe Sensei, Canva’s AI features, or Figma’s smart design tools to streamline workflows and enhance creativity
- Familiar with
- Degree in Art, UX IX CX Design, Computer Science, or similar
- Experience with creating digital assets for web and social media is a plus.
- Understanding of digital marketing strategies and how design contributes to conversion and engagement
- Understanding of generative design principles, where algorithms and AI generate design options based on specific constraints
- Experience with infographics and data visualization to present complex IT concepts in a visually appealing way.
- Knowledge of responsive design principles for web and mobile assets.
