- Trains and assess new hires and tenured agents
- Ensures mastery and knowledge retention of associates through regular uptraining sessions
- Serves as lead during calibration sessions
- Works collaboratively with global colleagues in preparing training materials, guides, and assessments for existing and new services and projects
- Designs, delivers and assess training for batches of various sizes
- Ensures that training materials and knowledge base (SOPEDIA) are up-to-date with current Mobility Services content of different OEMs
- Supports the Team Leads with the introduction and management of quality improvement techniques
- Performs administrative tasks such as reports and timekeeping maintenance during new hire training
- Carry out other tasks as assigned by the OPMx
