Role Overview
As an Executive Assistant, you will be crucial to ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the company. This role involves working directly with the CEO and supporting other senior executives with administrative tasks, scheduling, and communications. You will also lead the planning and logistics for key business activities, including company events, board meetings, and leadership meetings. Additionally, you will provide support to the Recruiting & Talent team with various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and other senior executives.
- Manage complex scheduling, prioritize meeting requests, and organize communications for seamless daily operations.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, distribute schedules and agendas, and manage expenses using Excel and G-Suite.
- Lead logistics for company events, board meetings, and leadership meetings, ensuring meticulous organization.
- Assist the Recruiting & Talent team with light clerical tasks.
- Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Foster a collaborative, team-oriented atmosphere, approaching all tasks with enthusiasm.
- 4+ years of executive assistant experience supporting senior-level executives, preferably at a venture-backed technology startup
- Expertise with G-Suite applications is required, experience with Ashby is a nice bonus
- Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A high level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential information.
