Social Media and Content Manager

We are seeking a talented and versatile Social Media and Content Manager to join our team and manage the online presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media management, influencer outeach, content creation, and SEO optimization.

Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management:

  • Manage and grow presence on TikTok and Instagram using ContentStudio.io and Metricool.com
  • Manage and grow LinkedIn presence for both client acquisition and candidate recruitment
  • Respond to customer questions and comments across all social platforms
  • Conduct social media influencer outreach, negotiate deals, and manage UGC content
  • Assist with marketing campaigns and product launches on social media
  • Create and maintain a content calendar, planning promotions around holidays and events

2. Content Creation and SEO:

  • Produce blog content using AI tools like perplexity.ai and Claude.ai
  • Proofread and optimize content using tools like neuronwriter.com and writerzen.com for SEO
  • Collaborate with SEO agency to improve organic rankings for Amazon products, and Shopify
  • Monitor Google Search Console, Google Analytics and use SEO tools like Ubersuggest and SheerSEO

3. Email Marketing:

  • Manage newsletters and email flows using Klaviyo or Omnisend

4. Analytics and Reporting:

  • Use UTMs and spreadsheets to organize and track all marketing efforts
  • Monitor and provide regular reports on social media growth and content performance metrics

5. Additional Tasks:

  • Post content for Brett on relevant platforms
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices
  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and SEO tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
