- Maintaining accurate records of interactions in our CRM system and providing updates to the sales team.
- Collaborating with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition for scheduled appointments.
- Aiming to achieve and exceed monthly appointment quotas and personal performance metrics.
- Proven experience as an appointment setter, telemarketer, or similar role.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.

- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales-related tools.
