What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- 3-5 years of experience in application engineering, software development, or a similar role.
- Proven experience in customizing and implementing software applications.
- Powerautomate skills and Microsoft 365 suite
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python
- Experience with SAP modules, or HRMS tools
What will you do?
The Application Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications that meet the specific needs of our clients and internal teams. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and customer-facing experience to ensure that our software solutions are both effective and user-friendly.
Application Customization and Implementation:
- Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their specific requirements.
- Customize and configure software applications to meet those requirements.
- Oversee the deployment of software applications and ensure they integrate smoothly with existing systems.
Technical Support and Troubleshooting:
- Provide ongoing technical support to clients and internal users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to software applications.
- Work with the development team to address bugs and implement fixes.
Power Automate Integration:
- Create, configure, and manage automated workflows using Power Automate.
- Integrate Power Automate with other Microsoft 365 services and third-party applications.
- Apply knowledge of connectors, triggers, and actions within Power Automate.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Develop and execute test cases to ensure the functionality and reliability of applications.
- Document testing procedures and outcomes.\Ensure that all applications meet company quality standards before release.
Documentation and Training:
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for software applications.
- Provide training sessions and user guides to help clients and internal teams utilize the software effectively.
Product Improvement:
- Collect feedback from users and clients to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the product development team to suggest and implement new features.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our applications remain competitive.
