Position: AP- Graphic designer
Description:
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs that communicate our brand message effectively across various platforms. Your portfolio will showcase a wide range of projects, from digital marketing materials to print publications, demonstrating your ability to engage audiences with compelling visuals. You will collaborate closely with our marketing, product, and development teams to understand project goals, timelines, and target audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and design graphics for various digital and print platforms including websites, social media, brochures, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designers align with project objectives and brand guidelines.
- Create compelling visuals that effectively convey the brand message and engage the target audience.
- Revise and finalize designs based on feedback from team members and stakeholders.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Stay updated with industry trends, design software, and new techniques to maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare design files for production, ensuring all specifications are met for print and digital formats.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles.
- Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey design concepts clearly.
