As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty, contributing to the overall success of our company.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a friendly manner.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their queries were resolved to satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and efficiency.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
